Colorful and Tasty Harvest Fall Salad Recipe
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 green onions chopped finely
- 4 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- 1/4 head green or purple cabbage shredded
- 1/2 turnip peeled and shredded
- 1 small raw sweet potato shredded
- 1/4 cup almonds (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup raisins or currants (120 ml)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried coconut (120 ml)
- Mix onions, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, liquid aminos, and salt. Stir until thoroughlymixed. Refrigerate until ready to add this dressing.
- Combine cabbage, sweet potato, turnip, coconut, raisins and almonds. When ready add dressing.
