  • 1 ½ Cups Spelt
  • ½ Cup Hulled Barley
  • ¼ Cup Millet
  • ¼ Cup Lentils
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Northern Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Pinto Beans

Instructions
 

  • Mill all grains and then stir flour thoroughly.
