- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 apple diced
- 1 tablespoon raisins or more if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon honey
Mix all the ingredients together in a small casserole dish.
Heat in oven 350° for 15 minutes till heated through.
