Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Stevia
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond extract, vanilla extract or orange extract
  • Freshly chopped apples

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a jar, shake it up, chill, and enjoy!
