Best Cleansing Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces kefir
  • 1/2 cup organic greens (kale, spinach, or other greens)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 2/3 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup celery organic
  • 1 organic apple medium-sized
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • a dash of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  • Drink daily for best results

Notes

  1. You can use any protein powder you like. The one I used in this recipe is the GBX protein by Amare.
  2. Be sure to blend all ingredients until smooth. I use my Vitamix blender as it does the job really well and it's made to last for years!
