Watermelon Ice Cream

How to Make Refreshing and Delicious Watermelon Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Dark chia seeds
  • Dessicated coconut
  • Chopped nuts walnuts or pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Put your watermelon into the blender jar and add in the yogurt.
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth in texture.
  • Add the coconut and chopped nuts and mix a second time.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Take it out of the freezer and blend it up again to get a lot of air bubbles at the top.
  • Freeze the mixture the second time.
  • When ready to serve, sprinkle some Chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
