Salad Dressing

olive oil

green onions
chopped finely

honey

lemon juice

salt

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
Other Ingredients

1/4
head green or purple cabbage
shredded
▢
1/2
turnip
peeled and shredded
▢

small raw sweet potato
shredded
▢
1/4
cup
almonds
(60 ml)
▢
1/2
cup
raisins or currants
(120 ml)
▢
1/2
cup
unsweetened dried coconut
(120 ml)
Instructions
Mix onions, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, liquid aminos, and salt. Stir until thoroughly
mixed. Refrigerate until ready to add this dressing.
Combine cabbage, sweet potato, turnip, coconut, raisins and almonds. When ready add dressing.
