oat flour

olive oil

salt
▢

eggs
▢

cup (240 ml)
raisins
▢
1/3
cup (75 ml)
honey
▢

teaspoon
vanilla
▢
2/3
cup (150 ml)
buttermilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 375°F or 190°C.
Stir your dry ingredients together. Be sure to press out lumps to make the mixture soft and even.
Add in the liquids and the raisins.
Stir the mixture lightly and let it sit for a few minutes before stirring again.
Pour batter into your lightly greased non-stick muffin tins.
Bake your oat flour muffins for 15 to 20 minutes.
