Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree canned or fresh
  • 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour soft white pastry
  • 3 Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Ginger ground spice
  • ½ Cup Applesauce
  • 3 Cups Sucanat or 1½ cup honey
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2⁄3 cup Water
  • 1⁄3 cup Olive Oil
  • Nuts and Dates optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and combine until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour mixture into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Store in refrigerator or freezer.
