Notes

With an oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower recipe, you can never go wrong.
There’s really no room for error here because it’s pretty simple and straightforward - just mix the herbs and spices to your veggies, pop the baking pan into the oven, and in about 10 minutes or so, your delicious meal is good to go!
But the idea is to make sure you don’t end up burning or overcooking your broccoli and cauliflower while in the oven.
The goal is to keep them a little tender, so you’ll need to keep track of the cooking time.
Another thing is the way you arrange the pieces in the pan. Keep them in a single layer to cook them evenly. Otherwise, some pieces may end up half-done or overcooked.
Just keep these reminders in mind, follow the steps I’ve laid out for you, and enjoy every bite of this super tasty and nutritious meal that you’d love to have in your weekly menu!
