¼CupHoneyor sweetener of choice
Instructions
Mix together Dry Ingredients thoroughly.
Add in Wet Ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Stir until well kneaded about 10 minutes. This produces a batter not a dough.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
To Make Muffins
Line a muffin pan and evenly distribute batter. Muffins do not need time to rise.
Bake between 20-25 minutes.
To Make Bread
Pour into greased pans. You may use 2 - large loaf pans or 3 - medium loaf pans or 2 - 9 x 13 pans.
Let rise in a warm place for one hour or until the dough is about ¼ inch from the top of the pan. Do not over rise! If it rises too much it will over flow the pan while baking.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in loaf pans and 35-40 minutes in brownie pans.
