Dry Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups Ezekiel Flour (see above recipe)
  • 1 Teaspoon Real Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda aluminum free

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil, Ghee, Butter, or Avocado Oil your choice
  • 1 Cup Milk your favorite
  • 2 Tablespoons Yeast
  • ¼ Cup Honey or sweetener of choice

  • Mix together Dry Ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add in Wet Ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  • Stir until well kneaded about 10 minutes. This produces a batter not a dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.

To Make Muffins

  • Line a muffin pan and evenly distribute batter. Muffins do not need time to rise.
  • Bake between 20-25 minutes.

To Make Bread

  • Pour into greased pans. You may use 2 - large loaf pans or 3 - medium loaf pans or 2 - 9 x 13 pans.
  • Let rise in a warm place for one hour or until the dough is about ¼ inch from the top of the pan. Do not over rise! If it rises too much it will over flow the pan while baking.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes in loaf pans and 35-40 minutes in brownie pans.

Don’t forget to personalize with your favorite flavors:
  • a pinch of cinnamon powder
  • dried or fresh fruit
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • dried coconut
