Total Time 5 hours hrs 20 minutes mins
Add all the ingredients from the First Group into a crock pot and stir.
Cook on High for 4 hours.
Add the Second Group of ingredients and stir.
Cook for an additional 45 minutes.
Remove half of the soup and puree in blender with Olive Oil.
Return to crock pot and add Last Group of ingredients.
Stir and serve once greens have softened.
