oats

yogurt, unsweetened and unflavored
▢
1/4
cup
milk - almond, coconut, organic soymilk
▢
Stevia, agave, applesauce
▢
Vanilla extract
▢
Cinnamon
▢
Fresh berries
▢
Chia seeds
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a jar.
Give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients.
Chill overnight.
Enjoy your overnight oats the next day!
