Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, unsweetened and unflavored
  • 1/4 cup milk - almond, coconut, organic soymilk
  • Stevia, agave, applesauce
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Fresh berries
  • Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a jar.
  • Give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Enjoy your overnight oats the next day!
