Rice Milk Recipe

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice Basmati or brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon your natural sweetener agave, honey, maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 dash cinnamon powder


  • Mix the rice and water in a blender.
  • Add in some agave or your choice of natural sweetener.
  • Put in some vanilla and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend up some more and give it a little shake after.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!



You can also use this rice milk for your cereal, coffee, or overnight oats instead of your usual milk.
