Preheat your oven to 325°F or 163°).
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients except the walnuts (flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon). Set aside.
In a separate bowl, blend together the walnuts, oil, vanilla, eggs, and sucanat.
Fold the liquid ingredients into the blended up dry ingredients.
Add in the apples and mix well.
Pour the mixture into your greased Bundt pan. Bake your apple cake for 50 to 60 minutes. Once the knife comes out clean, your cake is ready!
Cool for about 10 minutes before taking the pan out of the oven.
