Harvest Apple Cranberry Coffee Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C.
Mix together Bottom Layer ingredients together in a 9” x 13” baking pan.
Cream together butter, applesauce, and sucanat. Add in the vanilla and eggs.
Combine your dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add this to your creamed mixture. Be sure to mix well.
Drop the mixture by large spoonfuls over the Bottom Layer mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until your knife comes out clean.
