Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup wholewheat breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion in oil, then stir in curry and cook 2 minutes.
  • Add the lentils and stock and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and shape into 4 burgers
  • Broil on a lightly greased baking sheet until crisp and brown.

Notes

If you are not on the Daniel Fast try using your favorite homemade chicken or beef stock.
