finely chopped

Tablespoon
olive oil

Teaspoon
curry powder
▢

lentils
▢

cups
vegetable stock
▢

cup
wholewheat breadcrumbs
Instructions
Sauté onion in oil, then stir in curry and cook 2 minutes.
Add the lentils and stock and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the breadcrumbs and shape into 4 burgers
Broil on a lightly greased baking sheet until crisp and brown.
Notes
If you are not on the Daniel Fast try using your favorite homemade chicken or beef stock.
