water

salt

butter

cinnamon*

cut into slivers*

Dash nutmeg*

Honey to taste*

Instructions
Spray crock pot with oil. Combine oats, water, salt and butter in crock pot
Cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy.

* Add ½ cup (120 ml) nuts, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½-1 cup (120-240 ml) of any of these fruits; chopped apples, raisins, dates, and currants.
