After traveling around the country, teaching in churches and women’s groups and writing several books on nutrition and health designed by God, I decided to bring the concept of Treasures of Healthy Living collection to the internet.
These cooking classes will suit any level of cook, whether you are new to cooking or are taking the journey to learn how to cook healthy.
Within these pages are recipes based on whole, fresh and natural foods inspired by the Bible diet. You will also find food shopping tips, as well as other valuable cooking principles that I use to teach hundreds of individuals, just like you every year.
I’m on a mission to keep you on mission and this starts with your health. I want you to feel confident in the kitchen and confident that God loves you so you can go out into the world and do what you were made to do.
