Raw Honey (optional for taste)
Instructions
Chop the garlic and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to activate its healing compounds.
Cut lemon (including rind!) into small or large pieces depending on what your blender can handle.
Add lemons and garlic into blender and blend until smooth.
Add water to blender to dilute and blend until smooth.
Strain mixer thoroughly.
Add honey if desired.
Drink 3 oz daily!
