Instructions
Blend up the whipping cream, oats, and vanilla extract.
Add in the sweetener and frozen fruit and blend on high.
Lift the top and give the mixture a little stir before blending it up again to incorporate all the ingredients.
Chill it to let it firm up.
Serve and enjoy.
