Cruciferous: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage

Root Veggies: Carrots, Onions, Rutabaga, Sweet Potatoes
▢
Salad Staples: Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Celery, Tomatoes (red, orange, yellow)

Squash & Shoots: Butternut Squash, Asparagus
Fresh Fruit
▢
Orchard Fruits: Apples, Pears, Peaches, Plums
▢
Berries & Grapes: Blueberries, Strawberries, Grapes
▢
Citrus & Tropical: Oranges, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Avocado, Pomegranate seeds

Instructions
Start with a base of 2-3 vegetables (preferably at least one cruciferous veggie).
Add nuts, seeds, beans, and/or legumes for protein.
(A boiled egg is also a nutrient-dense option for those not on the Daniel Fast).
Add fresh fruit and a sprinkle of herbs and spices.
Drizzle with your favorite healthy oil, vinegar, or homemade dressing.
