purified water
(do not use chlorinated)
Instructions
Blend in your favorite blender.
Store in a tight glass jar (turmeric stains, which is why we use glass).
Enjoy 2 ounces every morning.

You can store the rest of juice in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Drink daily in the morning before eating.
