Best High Protein Snack Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flour (or regular flour)
- 1/4 tsp Aluminum-Free baking powder
- Cocoa powder 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp
- 2 scoop GBX Protein
- 1 scoop GBX SeedFiber
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup all natural mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a nonstick mini muffin tin with coconut oil. Dust with 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, GF flour, baking powder, coconut oil, eggs, honey or stevia, vanilla extract, protein and GBX SeedFiber. Stir until well mixed, fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into prepared mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, or just until center of brownies springs back when touched lightly.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly before gently twisting brownies from pan.
I am using Garden of Life Organic Protein +Greens vanilla flavored protein powder instead of GBX protein powder. What is a substitute for GBX seed fiber

Can this recipe be made with soft white wheat flour? I know it wouldn’t be gluten free but gluten isn’t an issue for me
