God's Free Gift:

Salvation

Nothing excites me more than to hear a person say - I want Jesus!

This is the whole purpose why we are here, to introduce you to Christ Jesus. He was known in his home language as Yeshua!

God's Calling for My Life

I feel like I was in church my entire life. In fact if my mom did not get to the hospital quickly I would have been born on the hard wooden pew at First Baptist Fenton, MO.

My parents believed church was important. We were there every Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday night.

I knew from a very young age God had a plan for my life and it would involve missions. Today He is fulfilling that calling.

The decision to accept God's Love for me has brought me to a place of sharing that love around the world.

You are the reason God has brought me to this place - your computer - so you can know this for yourself: God Loves You!

I am so excited to share this with you and I am grateful for parents who showed me how to find that love.

For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness,
and with the
mouth he confesses resulting in salvation.
Whoever believes in Him
will not be disappointed.
Romans 10:10-11

"I want Jesus!"

At the age of 8 I went forward  - which means during the song Just As I Am, I walked to the front of the church and took the pastor's hand and said 'I want Jesus".

He chuckled and said 'Welcome'.

After that, on the next Sunday night, I was going to be baptized.

I had no idea how that would happen. All I knew was they pulled back the curtain and then people were dunked in water.

On Sunday morning when they pulled back the curtain for the first time since accepting Jesus as my savior I was nervous!

How did the choir sing standing above the tub of water? Would I fall through the floor to be dunked? Where did the water come from? Where would I change my wet clothes? I was young.

God gave me grace and after being baptized I was reminded there was a calling on my heart.

But then years went by and I  focused on school, marriage, kids, and everything life sent my way

My calling was still there and my desire was still strong.

When my kids were young adults the opportunity to teach YOU biblical eating came to life!

I wasn't expecting this to be my mission. I had imagined being on the plains of Africa giving Bibles and sharing Jesus.

Sharing Jesus With You - And All Over The World

Yet, God needed to prepare my heart, my body and my message for His glory.
God used our own health challenges to teach me principles that would travel around the world. Perhaps even Africa!

This was the door opener - actually oven opener - to the hearts of people everywhere.

I have never regretted the hours we have spent with the sole purpose of sharing who Jesus is with YOU!

Now - it's your turn.
BTW - if you live in Africa please let me know and I will know Jesus did fulfill my dream!

Where Do You Start?

John 3:16-17 says
God so loved the world (You) that he gave his only begotten son,
so that everyone who believes in him will have everlasting life.
God sent not his son to condemn the world
but that the world through him might be saved.

This is the gift - a free gift. Let me share more.....

the Free gift of god is eternal life

Romans  3:23 tells us: all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
This means YOU.

It means everyone. We all start in the same place. We all sin.

Yes that means me and you. That means the greatest Christian you have ever met - they sinned.
And that sin cost a price.
Romans 6:23 tells us - the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

no conditions necessary

This means even though we ALL sin, there is a price for that sin which is death - separation from God.
Yet, that is not God's desire. He has offered YOU a free gift:

  • no works needed
  • no cleaning up your life first
  •  no need to take a bath
  • no need to stop drinking first

He is offering a free gift of eternal life! Just as you are right now!

Plus a life NOW with Him everyday. And remember God Loves You more than you can imagine. What better person to be at your side every moment?!

This  is soooooo amazing!

Remember it is because God loves YOU!

our sins are forgiven through blood

This gift he is offering was paid by his son Jesus Christ.

In 1 Corinthians 15:3 it teaches us how that gift was paid. Because sin can only be forgiven through blood.

In Hebrews 9:22 it says:  without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins.

Which is why 1 Corinthians is so important.

Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.

This is why the gift to you is FREE. Christ paid the price when he was on the cross. God Loves You

no god but one

1 Corinthians 8:3 Now we get personal, yes I know it has been personal but read this:

If anyone loves God, he is known by Him.

If you love God, as I do, you are known by Him! This is a personal, intimate knowing. He knows all about you and He cares!

No matter what has happened to you  - He desires a relationship with you!

No matter what you have done - God loves you and desires a relationship with you!

NO matter how rich or poor - God loves you and desires a relationship with you!

Yet - we must realize there is only ONE TRUE GOD!

verse 4: there is no God but one.

This God -

First of all you need to realize that the Bible teaches that it is possible to know you are saved.

We find this in 1 John 5:13, These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

God gave His Son so that everyone could have a place in HEAVEN. This place is free to those who will receive it.

Three Things You Need To Know

For you accept this love of God and to let him in your heart, there are three things you must know, and one thing you must do.

01
Everyone is a Sinner

First - you must know that everyone is a sinner before God.

Romans 3:10 says,
There is none righteous,
no not one.

Romans 3:23 says,
 For all have sinned and
come short of the glory of God.

02
The Cost Of Sin Is Death

Second - if a person keeps sinning, there is a price and this cost is DEATH.

Death is a separation from God here on earth and forever in heaven.

Romans 6:23 says, For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

03
God Loves You
And Christ Died In Your Place

Third - God loves you and does not desire to see you separated from Him.

Because of this, he let Jesus Christ, His son, come into the world to take the sin payment upon himself so that we would not have to die - be separated from a God who loves us and suffer an eternity in HELL.

Now is the Time To Receive Christ

The way to receive CHRIST is to ask Him to forgive you of your sins and believe in who He is!
Romans 10:13 says, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

Here is a prayer to help you.
"Lord, I know that I am a sinner, and that Jesus died for my sins, forgive me of my sins and thank you for loving me.
Today I am yours and as your Word says I am yours forever! Amen."

If you truly meant that prayer, you are now a child of God and have been reconnected with God the Father and are guaranteed a place in heaven.

Did you know the angels in heaven are having a party!
If you write us we will party also - we love parties!

Now - find a church that teaches the Word of God as authority. Tell the pastor you new decision.
Find new friends to help you learn how to study the Bible.

Never let a day go by without studying the Bible and praying. If there are words you don't understand -
always remember you have the power of God to ask for help and he hears your every word!

Isn't that super fabulously incredible!

Romans 10:10-11 says, For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture says, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Never forget

God Loves You
