I ordered this book approx. 3 years ago and it has been life changing. Covering all areas of health, it is comprehensive and yet reader friendly so everyone can understand the information. It embodies the basics that Annette has been teaching all along about applying the 3 basic elements for nutrition. Eat clean food, Eat food closest to its original design, Don’t let food become your God/idol. These 3 principles which also include health habits (like timely fasting) are life changing once applied. I also appreciate the nutritional info. including the healthy treasures food pyramid, supplement and leaky gut info. ( as we have a child being healed on the autism spectrum). Love the healthy home section on avoiding chemicals etc., and a general understanding of family health.
