  • 1 cup Liquid Keifer, Coconut Water, Nut Milk, Water
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 scoops GBX Protien Powder
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 cup Greens Spinach, Kale
  • 4 tablespoons Seed Fiber Flax, Chia, Hemp Mixture
  • 1 cup Unflavored Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fermented Vegetables


  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend and enjoy!
