Travel and Lodging Information
The retreat fee is based on individuals lodging at the Encounter Cove Conference Center. Yet, the lodging is not included in the retreat's price.
Your registration for lodging is handled with Encounter Cove directly, and the links include a discount for attendees.
It is recommended to get together with your friends coming to the retreat and see if you want to share rooms.
Lakeview Lodge is the same building as the conference and each room has a balcony and 2 queen beds with private toilet room and private shower room.
The Lakeview Cabins offer a rustic option that includes suites or pleasant cabins with multiple bedrooms.
Motel - has single rooms that will sleep up to 6 people.
Redbud Lodge and Dogwood Lodge are other options that would be a short walking distance to the Retreat. Rooms offer 1 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds.
RV Park - this is also an option, yet a vehicle or bike might be desired to get to the retreat. Although it is totally within walking distance.

Lakeview Lodge
Retreat meetings and lodging in the same building. Want to have a quick place to get away from the excitement? Look no further than right inside the lodge where the retreat is being held! There are only 35 balcony rooms to book inside leaving you as close as possible to the action, while still giving you a place to get away!
Lakeview Cabins
Looking for a beautiful scenery and rustic feel for your stay? The Cove offers several options for cabins just a short distance from the retreat and an even shorter distance from the lake! Grab one of these beautiful cabins and enjoy the scenery, the tranquility, and the wonders of God in this beautiful landscape, ready for a Spirit filled retreat, learning how to serve God in the way you eat! Prices and sizes vary. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the Retreat Lodge max.
RV Park
Bring your own home. 22 RV parking places in the RV Park, 6 pull through. Bath house included. All hookups included.
Motel
For the price, these work for individuals and small groups. Each room can sleep up to 6 people with one queen and 2 sets of bunk beds. It is within walking distance to the Retreat Lodge and next door to the Dining Hall.
AIRLINES
The best airport to arrive for the Retreat is Springfield/Branson Airport. You will love its quaint small-town feel. It has non-stop flights arriving from 13 different cities.
TRANSPORTATION to RETREAT
Transportation to the retreat is best by car. There will be a private Facebook page for everyone attending this retreat. On that page, you can organize travel with others arriving at a similar time. Encounter Cove is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.t is t
