March 1, 2019

Got no time to make breakfast? Forget that sugar-loaded cereal or chocolate bar and make these best overnight oats recipes that are perfect for people on-the-go!

No time to make breakfast because of your busy schedule?

Don’t even think about grabbing that box of cereal and do these THREE overnight oats recipes instead!

These are healthy breakfast dishes that will not only give you energy throughout the day but you can also prevent that nasty sugar crash that affects your mood and performance.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you need to choose your meal carefully.

That’s your responsibility to your health, and it’s how you can ensure a productive day.

Ready to start the day right and make the most out of it??

Prepare a healthy breakfast on the go and fuel your body and mind the best way!

Are Overnight Oats Healthy?

What you feed your body impacts your health and essentially your day.

If you feed it with junk, your body will not feel good, you won’t have the stamina to last the whole day, and even how you relate with others will be negatively affected.

High sugar breakfast dishes cause your hormones to fluctuate and eating foods that don’t contain the nutrients you need only bring your energy levels down.

That’s definitely not the best way to go…

You need to eat clean, feed your body with the right foods, then you’ll feel great!

And
a bowl (or jar!) of overnight oats tick off all those boxes to good health!

The formula for a healthy breakfast on the go is this:

High Fiber + High Protein = A healthy body and an amazing day, everyday!

Healthy breakfast dishes should involve fiber and protein with just a minimal amount of sugar - natural sugar from wholesome sweeteners and nothing artificial.

Cereal is NOT Even an Option Compared to the Overnight Oats Benefits

Unless your cereals contain a lot of protein and fiber, it’s all good.

Unfortunately, most cereals sold at the supermarket provide such a minimal amount of these nutrients. The worst part - they’re loaded with simple carbs that cause a surge of energy and leave you feeling flat after… A.K.A sugar rush.

And the carbs in it also just make you fat, depressed, and tired.

So move over high-sugar cereal, move over unhealthy breakfast bar.

The best breakfast ideas for work, school, workouts are none of those things.

Overnight oats give you the perfect start for your day - all day!

What’s Great about Overnight Oats Recipes?

Okay, so if a great breakfast on the go is not cereal or something at the Drive Thru section of a fast food restaurant, then what is it?

The foundation of healthy breakfast recipes is… Oats!

Even better -
overnight oats!

Oats contain 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein and just 1 gram of sugar. But it’s not even something that can give you that nasty sugar rush. The sugar is balanced by fiber and protein, so it won’t cause problems to your physical and mental health.

Plus...

Oats are a good source of essential nutrients such as magnesium, iron, vitamin A, calcium, and B-vitamins or “B-happy vitamins”!

So you’re getting a lot of good stuff by munching on overnight oats that contain this highly nutritious ingredient.

Always keep in mind that how you feed your body, how you start your day, can have a massive impact on your life.

It is completely in your hands to make this day and every single day great - with the right food, starting with the perfect, healthy breakfast featuring oats!

Quick and Simple Overnight Oats Recipes for a Healthy Breakfast

Now that we’ve established the importance of oats in your diet, let’s talk about how to prepare these healthy breakfast dishes.

Guess what?

You only need the same ingredients for these three healthy breakfast dishes!

There’s your oats, yogurt, milk, and some fruit.

That’s it!

And you need mason jars to store these and chill them overnight, so you can enjoy them the following day.

How great is that?!

No more tedious preparation, no time-consuming cooking techniques in the morning.

“Do you eat
overnight oats hot or cold?”

It’s completely up to you.

But one thing’s for sure:

Just get your jar out of the fridge, pop the lid open, and enjoy spoonfuls of these
overnight oats with chia seeds or overnight oats with coconut milk, and you’re good to go!

And then you sweeten these oats with a natural sweetener of your choice such as Stevia (my favorite), or agave, or maple syrup.

I also like to add some vanilla extract, or almond extract, or orange extract for that fascinating taste and aroma.

Lastly, we top it off with some fruit, so you can elevate the goodness and the nutritive value of these
overnight oats recipes by… 10x or so!
