Ashwagandha. Probably not an herb you’re familiar with. However, it’s one that’s been used in Eastern cultures for thousands of years. Why? Because Ashwagandha benefits are amazing!

Do you wish there was one herb you could take as a supplement daily and have a calm day? To feel good about your day? Feel confident in your day.

There is! That’s why we’re talking about ashwagandha today.

And it’s why ashwagandha is one of my favorite herbs and one I suggest to all my clients. It’s one of those great natural resources that God provides to help us live vibrant lives.

Ashwagandha is probably not a power plant in your backyard. It’s not even in the produce aisle of the grocery store. This herb is mostly found as a supplement.

It’s important to understand why it’s needed and what is the value nutritionally and emotionally. Plus why to always have it on hand.

Discovering these calming benefits of ashwagandha will have you be like me and never go a day without it.

Ashwagandha comes from the pepper family and is similar to ginseng. Some people call it the “Indian ginseng.” However, it does so much more than this familiar supplement.

One of the reasons Ashwagandha is a trendy supplement is because so many of us live with adrenal fatigue as a result of our fast-paced ever-changing stressed lives. 

I coach numerous clients with adrenal fatigue and other metabolic disorders. We live with high levels of stress. Ashwagandha addresses these imbalances!

Adrenals secrete hormones which are responsible for the quick increases in the nervous system. They are also responsible for adapting to stimulus happening within us and around us.  Which is stress.
