DIY Dried Fruit and Nut Bites Recipe
Easy Dried Fruit and Healthy Nut
- 1 cup Apricots
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Prunes
- 1 cup Dates
- 1 cup Lemon zest
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Coconut flakes
- 1 cup Freshly pressed orange juice
- Mix everything up in a food processor.
- Once chunky, form the mixture into balls. Roll on chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate the tray or put in the freezer to allow the balls to firm up.
- When ready to serve, just grab some of these fruit and nut bites from the fridge and enjoy!
