Turmeric Shot: Most Powerful Health Tonic

Tired of dealing with so many illnesses and infections?

What if we could just drink one to two ounces every morning and give our body the protection it needs to be strong with our immune system?

Today I'm going to share with you how to use turmeric in turn it into a tonic that you can drink every single day to protect your body from what's going on around you, colds, flus, pneumonia, a lot of different issues that are happening.

Today's tonic is going to have just natural ingredients I teach from the three principles, and number one is eat the foods God called good. Well, these are going to be foods that God created for us to enjoy. 

The first food we're going to have is we're going to use some ginger. We need about four to five inches of ginger you can use dehydrated ginger, but fresh is going to be the best.

Next, we're going to add one orange. And what we want to do with the orange is to juice it straight into our blender.

We're also going to use a lemon. Now my lemons are really tiny, so I'm going to use two.

You want one large orange and one large lemon, but since my oranges are so little, I'm definitely going to do two lemons since they are so small.

Next is our turmeric. Turmeric can be bought just as a root just like the ginger because turmeric is from the ginger family.

If you buy the roots, you can just scrape off the outer coating. But if you went ahead and put the outer coating in there, you just go ahead and scrub them in under some water and rinse it off. You could definitely use the peelings - there's nothing wrong with it.

If you don't want to use fresh turmeric, then go ahead and buy the powder.

We're going to use one half a teaspoon of turmeric. Put that in our blender

Turmeric is the key ingredient. Ginger has its own benefit for us as far as helping us with our lungs and helping us to not get that phlegm that builds up.

But turmeric is going to keep inflammation. And so we want to get rid of and prevent inflammation as much as possible. And turmeric is key for doing that.

Now to this we're going to add 8 ounces of filtered water. If you would like to add a little bit of flavor and you can add 1/4 A teaspoon of honey and even a fourth of a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon.

Blend it all up!

Then, we'll put the juice through a strainer. We want to strain this to get all of that good In your drink, and then you want to drink one to two ounces every single day.

Drinking this every day is going to be your little tonic or elixir to keep you looking young and healthy. And everyone's gonna say what are you doing to look so good. So go ahead and enjoy a cup of this every morning one to two ounces.

This is your perfect tonic every morning of the day before you eat. Here's to you no colds this winter, no flu this winter!

  • mason jar for storing
  • strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 5 inch fresh ginger chopped
  • 3 inch fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp turmeric root powder) chopped
  • 1 orange large-size
  • 1 lemon (or grapefruit)
  • 8 oz purified water (do not use chlorinated)

Instructions
 

  • Blend in your favorite blender.
  • Store in a tight glass jar (turmeric stains, which is why we use glass).
  • Enjoy 2 ounces every morning.

  1. You can store the rest of juice in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Hi Annette Just made the tumeric tonic and have started enjoying before breakfast. I was just wondering would it be Ok to drink before each meal or is that too much
